ABOUT ME
I’m Nicola Leonard, a confidence coach supporting people to speak up, advocate clearly, and feel steadier in real-world conversations.
Alongside over 20 years’ experience coaching and mentoring, I currently work as an agile coach within a large bank and have held roles in people management, employee engagement, and change. This has given me a deep understanding of how systems work — and how difficult it can feel to challenge decisions, power dynamics, or unspoken rules from within them.
My approach is also shaped by lived experience, including advocating for my own children and supporting other families to navigate complex processes. I don’t believe confidence is about changing who you are — it’s about understanding the situation you’re in and finding a way to show up that feels grounded, credible, and true to you.
